These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hezel app (“App”), including any subscription services provided by us. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subscription services
Hezel offers subscription services with the following options:
- Annual subscription. Charged annually.
- One-time purchase. A one-time fee that grants access without ongoing subscriptions.
Payment and billing
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and upon the start of each renewal period.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with the subscription, you may contact Apple for a prorated refund. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and procedures.
App functionality
The core functionality of the App is free for everyone to use. Additional features are available through subscription or one-time purchase.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Distribute malware or engage in any activities that harm the App or other users.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Limitation of liability
Hezel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
