Hezel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the Hezel app (“App”) or the Hezel website (hezel.app).

- Personal information. We do not collect any personal data unless you provide it directly (e.g. contacting support).
- Usage data. We do not collect information about your usage of the App.
How your data on Hezel is stored
Your data is stored on device. For users with iCloud service enabled, your data may be stored on Apple servers to sync across your devices.
Third-party links
The App may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.
Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Feedback form on hezel.app
When you submit the feedback form on our website, we keep what you send so we can read and respond to it.
- What you provide. Your message, plus any name or email you include (both optional).
- What we record automatically. Your IP address, country, browser user-agent, and page locale — for spam detection and to know which language to translate from.
- Where it’s stored. A private database hosted by Cloudflare. Non-English submissions are translated to English automatically; both versions are kept. A notification email is sent to support@hezel.app through Resend.
- How long. Kept for as long as Hezel is operating. Email support@hezel.app to request deletion.
